Weekly Pay: $1,552 per week (approximately $57/hour equivalent)

Requirements:
To qualify for this travel position in Arizona, candidates must meet the following:

Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

Active Arizona PT License from the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy

Valid fingerprint clearance card through the Arizona Department of Education

Knowledge of IDEA, IEP planning, and pediatric therapeutic techniques

At least one year of experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
Job Duties:

Evaluate students motor skills, strength, posture, and mobility

Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans and interventions

Collaborate with teachers and IEP teams to ensure access to learning environments

Provide input on adaptive equipment and modifications

Maintain documentation and monitor measurable progress
